Returns & Exchanges

At Mochi Phone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new device. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mochi account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your phone to remove all personal data and cloud accounts, then pack it securely in its original box with all included accessories and cables.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
